Proposal #001: SIGNS x MigrateFun Staking Program

The Signs Club community is being asked to approve the first-ever Community Wallet spend: a donation of 5,000,000 SIGNS to MigrateFun's inaugural staking program. Vote closes midnight EDT Saturday, June 13.

The signs were there when we migrated. They're still there now.

This is the first time the Signs Club community is being asked to formally weigh in on how the Community Wallet is used. Before anything moves on-chain, we put it to a vote.

Here's what's on the table.

Background

In late 2025, SIGNS migrated through MigrateFun, a platform that facilitates token migrations across the Solana ecosystem. It was one of the earliest migrations on the platform and went smoothly. That relationship has now turned into an opportunity.

MigrateFun is preparing a major platform announcement. As part of it, they'll be recognizing every wallet that has ever deposited or claimed on MigrateFun, covering 33,000 unique wallets. If you participated in the SIGNS migration, you're already in that group. More details will be public soon.

The Program

MigrateFun is introducing an inaugural staking program alongside their upcoming launch. The mechanics are straightforward:

  • Projects that have migrated through MigrateFun donate a portion of their token supply to the program.
  • Those donated tokens are distributed to stakers on the platform over a 90-day period.
  • The result: projects get distributed to new holders across the 33,000-wallet MigrateFun community.

MigrateFun has confirmed 85 projects are participating in the ecosystem. Most alumni teams are donating between 0.3% and 0.5% of total supply. The minimum to participate is 0.1%, the maximum is 1%.

What's Being Proposed for SIGNS

The team is recommending a donation of 5,000,000 SIGNS to the inaugural MigrateFun staking program.

Distribution period90 days

This is not the team's money to spend. The Community Wallet exists specifically for initiatives that benefit the community and grow the holder base. This is exactly what it was built for. But because this is a meaningful first use of those funds, we're bringing it to the community before anything is sent.

Why This Makes Sense

Holder count growth. 5M SIGNS distributed across stakers means SIGNS lands in new wallets. The 1,000-holder milestone is a key benchmark for visibility on token verification platforms. This move contributes to that directly.
Real distribution, not advertising. This puts SIGNS in the hands of people who are already active on-chain in Solana DeFi. These are relevant wallets, not bots.
SIGNS community benefits directly. Anyone who participated in the SIGNS migration is already in the group being recognized by MigrateFun's upcoming announcement. This proposal deepens that relationship.
It's a small position from a large wallet. 5M from a Community Wallet of ~202M is 2.5% of that wallet. It does not materially change our Community Fund runway.
This sets the governance standard. We're building DAO infrastructure. This is the first unofficial proposal, and it proves the Community Wallet does not move without the community's say. That matters.

Timeline

MigrateFun's announcement is coming within the next one to two weeks. We want to confirm participation before it goes public so SIGNS is listed as a contributing project from day one.

The vote closes at midnight EDT on Saturday, June 13. If the community approves, the team will coordinate the donation with MigrateFun.
