A light week with real groundwork underneath it. The LST-NFT development environment is set up and the testnet mint and burn pipeline is standing, which means testing can finally start rather than being the next thing on the list. The sygne entity gets formed September 1. The delta-neutral orchestration tracked since #8 now has a name: Oreka. Plus an honest note on where build time is actually going.

Proposal #002 passed unanimously, 7 votes cast, quorum met. The standalone analytics product has a name: sygne. The backend has been restructured so one shared foundation now serves two front ends: the club you already use, and the product that gets sold. Trader Tracker ships first, with Wealth Pulse and the Portfolio Planner sequenced behind it. On the NFT side, all 100 LST-NFTs are now created, with testnet mint and burn next.
Proposal #002: Productize the Signs Club Tools
Holders are being asked to approve offering Trader Tracker, Wealth Pulse, and the Portfolio Planner as a standalone paid product — while preserving and enhancing SIGNS holder access. Voting is open now through Monday, August 11.

The LST-NFT project moved further along this week: more infrastructure is built and ready for testnet, and the art is close to 80 of the 100 NFTs created. The delta-neutral strategy continues to perform well and is being packaged as a Nexus app for Ainara, with a path toward Signs Club Treasury use still months out and subject to proving viability.
