Signs This Week lands on Sundays. This edition covers progress on the 100 LST-NFTs collection, where the delta-neutral strategy stands as it moves from testing into packaging, and what is on deck for the week ahead. Another slow week on the surface, but the work kept moving.
LST-NFT project: infrastructure and art
Last week's post said the
framework for the 100 LST-NFTs was built, with the focus shifting to finishing the remaining art and wiring mint, burn, and treasury blessing end to end. That work continued this week.
More of the infrastructure is in place. The next concrete step is testing the piping on testnet: mint, burn, and the rest of the flow, end to end, to make sure it actually holds up before anything goes further. On the art side, the collection is close to 80 of the 100 NFTs created. Still not done, but a clear step past the halfway mark from a couple of weeks ago, when roughly half the set existed.
For anyone catching up: these are not decorative JPEGs. Each LST-NFT is a claim on a yield-bearing liquid staking position. Mint with SOL, that SOL converts into an LST held behind the NFT, and holders can burn at any point to reclaim the underlying SOL plus accrued yield. Periodic treasury blessings add another layer on top. Full mechanic breakdown is in
Signs This Week #9. This is the utility layer teased in Phase III of the
roadmap.
It was another slow week. We plug along a little as we can. Infrastructure further along, art nearly at 80%, and testnet next. That is the honest ship log.
Delta-neutral: packaging for Ainara
Quick update on the thread from
Signs This Week #8 and
#9: the delta-neutral strategy running inside Ainara is still performing well in testing. Early remains the operative word, but the results have been strong enough to justify the next step.
That next step is packaging. The strategy is being wrapped as a Nexus app for release through Ainara, the AI Companion framework for local AI agent orchestration. Packaging it this way makes the orchestration reusable: not a one-off script sitting on one machine, but something that can be distributed and run in a more structured way.
How this eventually intersects with Signs Club is not fully locked yet. The working direction is to set up this trading orchestration so the
club treasury can take advantage of it, if and when the strategy proves viable under continued testing. That is a coming-months conversation, not a this-week conversation. Nothing about process changes: if it earns a path into Signs, it goes through a formal proposal to Signs DAO before any of it touches the Community Wallet. Same standard as
Proposal #001. No vote, no Treasury exposure.
For now, the work is Ainara-side: keep validating, finish packaging the Nexus app, and see whether the strategy holds up. Signs incorporation gets tackled as viability becomes clearer.
What comes next
This week's focus is the NFT project:
Finish the remaining art. Close out the last ~20 of the 100 LST-NFTs so the full set is ready.
Testnet the infrastructure. Run the mint, burn, and related piping on testnet and confirm the flow works before anything moves closer to a real launch.
We are getting closer to launch. Closer is not the same as launched. No timeline promises and no manufactured hype. What does not change is that the work either gets done or it does not, and either way it is visible.
