Club Update

Signs This Week #5

Seeker integration hit friction this week, so instead of a ship log: a full video walkthrough of the member portal, every Core and Elite perk, and where to find the docs that explain the whole project. Plus what's coming: community leaderboard and rank badges.

Signs This Week lands on Sundays. This edition is lighter on new ships because Seeker integration ran into friction, but heavier on showing what already exists.

Seeker integration update

Last week we said Seeker was in the final stages of wiring into the existing platform. That was the plan. This week, the plan hit a wall.

Seeker remains the next active build priority on the roadmap. Integration work on the Solana Seeker device is ongoing, but wrapping the current Next.js platform into the mobile shell is proving harder than expected. We started with a hybrid model (an Android shell pointing at the hosted site), and that path may not be the one that ships.

We are still aiming for progress next week. We may need to pivot to a standalone app rather than the hybrid approach we started with. We will report what actually ships, not what we hope ships.

Platform walkthrough

In lieu of a feature ship this week, JB recorded a full walkthrough of the Signs Club member experience: wallet login, every perk in the Core and Elite tiers, and a tour of the documentation hub that explains the whole project.

This is not the same video as last edition's month-in-review. That one covered governance, Proposal #001, and what shipped over four weeks. This one is a live product tour: what you see when you connect your wallet and use the portal today.

If you have not logged in recently, or you are trying to explain Signs Club to someone who is not in Telegram every day, start here.

Core Access: what Tier 1 members get

Core Access (100K SIGNS) is the foundation tier. Everything below is live on the site now unless noted:
  • Beginner Courses: foundational curriculum on crypto essentials, self-custody, and DeFi basics
  • Daily Mindset Exercises: short daily practices for conviction and discipline through volatility
  • Portfolio Planner: model position sizing and risk exposure across your holdings
  • Wealth Pulse: live on-chain holdings: total value, allocation, performance, and blueprint drift
  • Referral Program: share your code, track referrals, and vest SIGNS rewards
  • Loyalty Rewards: quarterly SIGNS for holding (coming soon)

Wealth Pulse and Portfolio Planner are designed to work together: plan your allocation in the planner, then open Wealth Pulse to see how close reality matches.

Elite Privileges: what Tier 2 members get

Elite Privileges (3M SIGNS or a Seeker Genesis NFT) unlock the restricted tier:

Note: Trader Tracker's Hyperliquid leaderboard uses Gold, Emerald, and Ruby tiers to rank external traders. That is a separate product from the community engagement leaderboard described below.

Documentation: the full project story

The video walks through the docs hub. Worth bookmarking even if you skip the video:

Docs are the source of truth. The video is the guided tour.

What comes next

Three things on deck:

Seeker integration. Still the top priority. Timeline is uncertain until we know whether the hybrid shell or a standalone app is the viable path. When it ships, this post will say so.
Community leaderboard. Regardless of how Seeker shakes out, a few member-facing improvements can ship on the existing platform. Next up: a community leaderboard that scores engagement (courses finished, perfect quiz scores, Portfolio Planner usage, referrals, and more) with rank badges that reflect where you stand. Not a separate game layer; a visible record of who is actually using the tools the club built.
NFT project. Once Seeker integration wraps, the NFT project moves to the front of the queue. The framework for the 100 LST-NFTs in Phase III has been outlined. More detail will come when development begins in earnest.

No manufactured hype around any of it. Slow weeks happen. What does not change is that the work either gets done or it does not, and either way it is visible.
