Club Rank is a member status system built on Alignment Points (AP). Earn AP through learning, platform use, community contribution, and holding conviction. Your rank reflects both your points and your current membership tier.

What Is Club Rank?
Club Rank sits alongside the Referral Program and Loyalty Program, but it works differently. Referral and Loyalty distribute SIGNS tokens from the Community Wallet. Club Rank tracks Alignment Points, a permanent record of how you engage with the club, and assigns you a rank crest and collectible badges.
In short
Do meaningful things inside Signs Club: finish courses, reflect daily, complete your profile, refer members, vote in governance, hold your tier. AP accrues automatically. Your rank updates as you earn more. There is no application, no manual approval, and no claim button.
The Six Ranks
Every rank requires a minimum AP total and a minimum access tier. Tier 1 members can reach Convicted at most. Disciplined and above require Tier 2.

Quiet Elite: Extra Requirements
Quiet Elite is the highest rank. In addition to 5,000 AP and Tier 2 membership, you must meet both of the following:
- At least one successful referral (a referred wallet that completed verification, not pending or expired).
- 180 consecutive days at Tier 2 holding threshold, measured from daily on-chain balance snapshots.
Your Club Rank page shows a live checklist for these requirements when you are approaching Quiet Elite.
How Rank Is Calculated
Rank is computed live from your AP total and your current on-chain tier at sign-in. It is not a cached badge that sticks around if your balance drops.
Tier is checked live
Your SIGNS balance (or Seeker Genesis NFT) is verified on every sign-in, the same way access tiers work. If you drop below Tier 2, you cannot hold Disciplined, Elite, or Quiet Elite regardless of AP.
AP is cumulative
Alignment Points are append-only. Every qualifying action creates a permanent record. Your total is the sum of all earned events. There is no decay or seasonal reset.
Highest qualifying rank wins
The system walks the rank ladder and assigns the highest rank you qualify for given your AP, tier, and Quiet Elite conditions.
How to Earn Alignment Points
AP is grouped into five categories. Your Club Rank page shows a breakdown by category. Each action below awards once per qualifying event. Retries and duplicate submissions do not stack.

Open the Mindset module each day and tap Mark as reflected to log your reflection. Streaks are based on consecutive calendar days.
Platform Tools
Profile AP is awarded field-by-field, the first time each field is saved:
Base maximum: 45 AP across all nine fields. If your profile is set to public, profile AP doubles (up to 90). This multiplier is computed at read time. Toggling visibility off removes the doubling.

Conviction
Conviction AP rewards holding your tier threshold over time. Milestones are computed automatically from on-chain balance history, using the same approach as the Loyalty Program's time-weighted calculations. No manual action required.

Badges
Beyond your rank crest, you can earn achievement and special badges displayed in your badge gallery. Rank badges update automatically with your rank. Achievement badges are earned by specific actions and stay on your profile permanently.

Privacy & Visibility

Club Rank is not shown on your public profile unless you opt in. Go to Members → Profile and enable Show Club Rank on public profile. When enabled, your rank crest and earned badges appear on Meet the Club cards and your dashboard.
Public profile doubles profile AP
Making your member profile public doubles the AP earned from filling out profile fields (up to 90 AP). This uses the existing "Make profile public" toggle. No separate setting is required.

Looking ahead
Club Rank is a prestige and engagement system. It does not distribute SIGNS tokens and does not draw from the Community Wallet. Token-denominated programs remain the Referral and Loyalty programs.
A future DAO proposal may introduce seasonal token incentives for top-ranked members. That would be a separate governance decision with its own funding source and rules. Nothing currently commits the treasury to rank-based payouts.
