FTC Disclosure
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
In accordance with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines under 16 C.F.R. Part 255 (Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising), and analogous disclosure regulations in other jurisdictions, SIGNS Club provides this disclosure to clearly communicate material connections, financial interests, and compensated relationships that may influence content published on this platform or by individuals affiliated with the SIGNS Club community.
A “material connection” is any relationship between an endorser and the party whose product or service is being promoted that might affect the weight consumers give to the endorsement, and that would not be reasonably expected by the audience. All such connections relevant to SIGNS Club are disclosed below.
2. Token Holdings as a Material Connection
Team members, contributors, moderators, advisors, and active community members associated with SIGNS Club may hold SIGNS tokens in their personal wallets. This constitutes a direct material financial interest in the project. Any content, commentary, analysis, promotion, endorsement, or advocacy they produce regarding SIGNS, the SIGNS Club platform, or related projects may be influenced by this financial interest, whether explicitly stated or not.
You should assume, as a default, that any individual affiliated with SIGNS Club holds SIGNS tokens and stands to benefit financially from increased demand, price appreciation, expanded membership, or broader community growth. This assumption applies to all communications, including social media posts, community messages, video content, written articles, and any other medium.
The existence of token holdings does not mean that any specific statement is false or misleading; it means that you should evaluate such statements in the context of this financial interest and conduct your own independent research before acting on them.
3. Partnerships and Affiliate Relationships
SIGNS Club may enter into partnerships, sponsorships, or affiliate arrangements with third-party projects, protocols, tools, or services. When such arrangements exist, SIGNS Club or affiliated parties may receive compensation in the form of token allocations, revenue sharing, affiliate commissions, referral fees, or other consideration.
Content featuring, recommending, or linking to third-party products or services may be influenced by these arrangements, even when not explicitly labeled as sponsored. SIGNS Club will use reasonable efforts to label sponsored or partner content where it is produced directly by the SIGNS Club team. However, content produced by community members may not carry such labeling.
You should independently evaluate any third-party product, service, or protocol before engaging with it or committing financial resources to it, regardless of whether it has been featured or referenced on the SIGNS Club platform.
4. Referral Program
SIGNS Club operates a token-based referral program that rewards existing members with SIGNS tokens for referring new participants who join the platform and hold a qualifying token balance. This creates a direct and material financial incentive for any member sharing a referral link to encourage others to purchase and hold SIGNS tokens.
Any communication that includes a SIGNS Club referral link, referral code, or referral-related call to action constitutes an endorsement with a material connection and must be understood as such. Individuals sharing referral links should disclose their financial incentive to their audience in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines and any other relevant regulations in their jurisdiction.
The referral program is described in full, including its reward structure, vesting schedule, and eligibility requirements, in the Referral Program documentation and the referral-specific provisions of the Terms of Use.
5. Community-Generated Content
The SIGNS Club platform may include content created by community members, including testimonials, trade summaries, performance claims, market commentary, social media posts, and other user-generated material. Such content reflects the personal opinions of the individuals who created it.
Community-generated content has not been independently verified by the SIGNS Club team and does not represent the views, endorsements, or recommendations of SIGNS Club. Individuals who produce community content may hold SIGNS tokens and have a financial interest in the project's success. That interest may or may not be disclosed by the individual content creator.
Performance claims or testimonials shared by community members describe individual results and are not representative of typical outcomes. Digital asset markets are highly speculative. The experience of one individual is not indicative of what any other individual may experience.
6. Educational Content
Educational materials available to SIGNS Club members, including courses, guides, and commentary, are produced for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of specific assets, protocols, strategies, or services.
Educational content may reference specific digital assets, DeFi protocols, or trading strategies. Such references are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a recommendation to use or invest in any specific product. Authors of educational content may hold positions in assets discussed. That material connection is covered by the general disclosure in Section 2 of this document.
7. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the SIGNS Club platform, whether produced by the SIGNS Club team or by community members, constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. All content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. You should consult qualified and licensed professionals in the relevant fields before making any financial, investment, or legal decisions. Participation in digital assets, including memecoins such as SIGNS, carries significant risk including the total and permanent loss of any funds committed. See the full Risk & Educational Disclaimer for additional detail.
8. Questions and Reporting
If you have questions about this disclosure, wish to report a potential undisclosed material connection, or have concerns about content on the platform that you believe fails to meet applicable disclosure requirements, please contact us via the support page or at signscto@gmail.com. We take disclosure compliance seriously and will investigate reports in good faith.
